Refund Policy

1. Overview

IUAN is committed to fair and transparent refund practices in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

2. Consumer Guarantees

Under the ACL, consumers are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) if a product:

  • Is faulty or fails to function as described
  • Does not match its description on the product page
  • Fails to meet a consumer guarantee

3. Digital Products (The Nervous System Reset OS)

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds for change of mind are not provided once the digital content has been downloaded or accessed. However, a refund will be provided if:

  • The product is materially different from its description
  • The product is faulty (e.g., corrupted files, non-functional audio tracks)
  • The product was not delivered within the stated timeframe

4. Online Courses (The Integration Blueprint)

Refunds for change of mind are not provided once course access has been granted and any module has been accessed. A refund will be provided if:

  • The course content is materially different from its published description
  • Access to the course platform is not provided within the stated timeframe
  • Technical issues prevent access and cannot be resolved within 5 business days

5. Memberships (The Conscious Founder Circle)

Monthly membership fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. Members may cancel their subscription at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

6. Consultation Services ( The Executive Reset Program)

Refund terms for Tier 4 services are outlined in the individual Client Service Agreement executed prior to service commencement.

7. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to connect@iuan.com.au within 14 days of purchase. Include your full name, email address, order number, and the reason for your request. Refund requests are acknowledged within 24 hours and assessed within 5 business days.

8. Exclusions

Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after digital content has been accessed
  • Failure to complete a course (partial completion does not entitle a refund)
  • Dissatisfaction with results (IUAN does not guarantee specific outcomes)

9. Your Rights Under the ACL

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by law.
