By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any digital products from iuan, including the High-Performing Individual Risk & Regulation Audit and The Integration Blueprint course, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, do not purchase or access the digital content.

• High-Performing Individual Risk & Regulation Audit. A digital self-assessment that maps your nervous system across five dimensions: Demand Load, Regulation Capacity, Recovery Architecture, Performance Sustainability, and Autonomic Flexibility. Your responses are carefully reviewed by our team, and your personalised Regulation Profile is delivered within 24-48 hours.

• The Integration Blueprint. A three-week, self-paced course teaching the mechanics of nervous system regulation, including audio-recorded guided practices and personalised protocols, to help you shift from coping with stress to commanding your biological hardware.

2. Nature of Service

The iuan Ecosystem offers digital educational resources focused on executive performance optimisation, professional development, and stress management.

• Not Medical Advice: iuan and its associated products do not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• No Provider-Patient Relationship: Purchasing these digital toolkits does not establish a clinical, therapeutic, or coaching relationship.

• Not a Substitute for Treatment: These products are not clinical remedies for anxiety, panic disorders, trauma, or any other medical or psychological condition. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical or mental health condition.

3. Somatic Assumption of Risk and Contraindications

Where iuan digital products include audio-guided practices, protocols included with the Regulation Audit, or the guided audio practices within The Integration Blueprint, the following applies. These audio components include somatic practices, such as breathwork facilitation and their protocols. By engaging with these audios, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with physiological and psychological shifts.

• Contraindications: You warrant that you are in good physical and mental health. If you have a history of cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, epilepsy, severe mental illness, or are pregnant, you must consult a medical professional before engaging in any iuan breathwork or somatic protocols.

• Operational Hazard: You must never listen to iuan audio assets while driving, operating heavy machinery, or performing any task that requires your full conscious attention.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Victoria and the Australian Consumer Law:

• Cap on Financial Liability: iuan’s total liability for any claim, loss, or damage arising out of the use of, or inability to use, our digital products shall be strictly limited to the exact purchase price paid by you for that specific digital product.

• Exclusion of Consequential Loss: Under no circumstances shall iuan be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of professional output, emotional distress, or business interruption.

• Digital and Technical Exclusion: iuan is not liable for any technological malfunctions, data loss, or damage to your electronic devices or hardware resulting from the download or use of our digital audio or video files.

• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

5. Intellectual Property and Personal Use Licence

The Neuro-Somatic Architecture Model and all associated methodologies, audio files, and visual assets are the exclusive intellectual property of iuan.

• Personal Use Only: Your purchase grants you a single, non-transferable, non-exclusive, personal licence to use the content.

• Commercial Prohibition: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, broadcasting to third parties, or using iuan protocols, content, and materials within your own coaching, clinical practice, or corporate environment without purchasing an Enterprise Licence.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
